Local Purchases and Delivery

Your order will be processed within 2 - 4 working days. All Cape Town orders are dispatched with our couriers, Courier Guy and arrive within 2 - 5 working days provided if they are in stock. National orders arrive within 3 - 7 working days. Please note some stock is made to order and allow 7 -14 working days to receive your order.

• Standard shipping Cape Town ONLY: R90 (Please see Area codes to see which areas are included within Cape Town)

• You can also choose to pick up for free from our Menck Studio premises in Cape Town by prior arrangement. Please contact Ilse Menck at 072 115 9205.

Deliveries to outlying areas such as farms

​

Unfortunately we cannot offer door to door delivery to outlying areas such as farms or other remote locations. If an area lies outside of main delivery areas, the customer will pay the national rate, but will need to collect their order from their nearest local Courier Guy Kiosk. A list of locations on the Courier Guy website indicates in which towns these Kiosks are. In this case, a customer will be contacted by us directly and advised as to where to collect their parcel.

International Purchases and Delivery

The shipping of international purchases needs to be arranged prior to any purchases. A quote will need to be agreed upon before items are purchased and shipped. Please email Ilse Menck at info@menck.co.za prior to any international orders. Thank you.

Clients who would like to make an international purchase will be charged a custom and duty fee. Orders should be delivered between 5 and 15 working days, depending on location and shipping method.
